redevelopment lost & found areas, Fiumicino, Italy

Project Architect: Marco Colonnelli
Project Team: Francesco Pansieri, Benedetta Raddi, Fanni Ban

The project involved the refurbishment of Alitalia two Lost & Found areas, located respectively at Terminal 1 and 3 of Leonardo da Vinci Airport in Fiumicino, Rome. The two areas were both divided into two different spaces: a reception room to welcome the passengers and a customer service operating counter in case any assistance was required.
The new Lost & Found areas are just opposite the Arrivals Baggage Reclaim area.
